Shipping Policy

 All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, new product drops, or promotional events. 

Once your order has been processed, it will ship using the method selected at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
• Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier.

 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and the weight of your order. 

 Please double‑check your shipping address before submitting your order. Heatwave Prints LLC is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. 

 If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. For damaged items, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you. 

 We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping will be added as our storefront expands.
